Pa Legal Secretary
This role will require a PA / Legal Secretary to support 2 Directors and an Associate as well as assisting other members of the firm who work in separate offices dealing with their phone calls and emails. Your main duties will include:
* Extensive use of Word and Excel so you will need to be confident with using these packages at an advanced level.
* Dealing with correspondence, writing letters, copy and audio typing, arranging meetings and travel, filing, update manuals, liaising with suppliers, clients and other contacts, assisting with marketing mail shots, market research, procurement for supplies and meeting and greeting clients.
* You will also be expected to deal with invoices and recording files into the financial system QuickBooks, training will be given on this however you will need to be willing to learn quickly and accurately as well as having some experience of working with financial packages.
As you will be the only PA / Secretarial support you will be expected to be able to work under pressure, on your own initiative and able to multitask. This is an exceptionally diverse role with great prospects for the future. This is a permanent role however the client will be looking to start the successful candidate on a 3 month temp basis.
