Your job will be to:
* Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction
* Motivate and manage the Car Sales Team
* Understand the needs of the Sales Team and support through effective coaching to help them achieve their objectives
* Develop and maintain an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness
* Manage the team in a hands-on style - strong people skills are essential for this role both with customers and staff
* Financial background with a strong PCP track record desireable
* Complete understanding of the Sales process is essential
