Telesales agent
My client specialise in cost effective energy prices for the business consumer and are looking for Telesales agents to join there team.
Based in brand new offices on Colmore Plaza in Birmingham you will be contacting business's on a outbound basis to fact find sell or book an appointment for a sales representative meet with the consumer.
This role has a basic salary and a structured commission package and its designed to promote exceeding targets
Hours of work would typically be between Monday to Friday 9.00 5.00/5.3
Applicants should ideally have previous outbound telesales experience, be target driven and have an excellent telephone manner with good organisational, communication and IT skills. You are required to achieve and maintain individual performance standards to help meet departmental objectives. You will conduct all calls, inbound and outbound, efficiently and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction and provide a consultative sales service of the company's products and services as required. You will conduct fact finds with clients, create proposals suitable to the client's requirements and ensure completion of the paperwork
