I am looking for a 3-bedroom house in Acocks Green area and my requirements are as follows:


Acocks Green area preferred.
3 bedroom house (with at least two double rooms).
I WILL NOT consider a flat or 2-bedroom house.
Long term let - minimum 6 months
MUST have upstairs bathroom
MUST have a decent back garden (main reason why I'm seeking to move from current accomodation)
Prefer a separate dining area - walkthrough from main reception room
Unfurnished/partly furnished (with white goods, carpets and curtains)
MUST be double glazed.
Looking to pay between 525 and 600 (depending on property).
Ready to move in 1st July 2008


My situation:

Family of 4 with two children (both below 5 yrs)
Non-smokers with no pets.
Able to provide references.
