Service Desk Advisor
£15,000 - £16,000 REF: 12477 BIRMINGHAM
· Providing a single point of customer contact for the order desk of a South Birmingham based Logistics company
· Processing customer orders, dealing with incoming emails, updating the system with the day to day transactions and providing KPI reports for customers across Europe
· You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding customer service skills
· A professional and polite telephone manner is vital
· You will be able to work well under pressure, alone and as part of a team, have advanced IT skills and a flexible working approach
· Service working hours will be between 7.​00am and 7.​00pm, with a 37.​5-hour week.​ Additional out of hours 24x7 support will be required on a rota basis
