About Me;
I am of Japanese and Korean descent being brought up here in the UK. From the age of 4 I have been traditionally taught Martial Arts, starting with Wu Shu. With a career that posted me to countries such as Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Japan, I took every opportunity to learn their indigenous arts.
Over the last 5 years I have gained qualifications as a personal trainer with WABBA & NASM to level 3 and beyond.
Location:
I am very grateful to be in partnership with a Physio group with locations in both Moseley and Stourbridge.
What to Expect:
I use a low impact form of exercise drills with movement to develop better movement, balance and muscle endurance. Simple equipment such as a suspension rope, kettle bells and resistance bands are mainly used. Later you will progress to hitting pads if you so choose.
By focusing on control and stability you will develop a leaner, firmer and well defined posture and figure.
Times and Costs:
Generally a this depends on what we want to achieve and can be from 30 mins ( for those looking to isolate a target area i.e. abs) to no more than an hour for an all over workout.
