I am a Australian living in Selly Oak, Looking for someone to share with in a 2 bedroom house, Great Storage annex at back of house, Double bedroom, Central Heating, 2 reception rooms, Study with computer, modern kitchen with 2 x bar fridge and 1 x freezer., Bathroom with shower and bath good pressure, front and back yard, Bills not included but am happy to work something out. You will be able to share the whole house, I have everything in the house, all kitchen appliances, absolutely everything.

I am 36years old guy have been living in the house for two years, the landlord is fantastic (it's not me), I work 6 days a week for Land rover. I am tidy happy friendly person. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy as well. Can be a student or a professional person male or female.

I live close to shops, (Sainsbury’s) and retail park, close to park about 100m away, and about a 7min walk to selly oak station. and about 5 min to Bristol road where there is good bus routes, approx 12 min to queen Elizabeth hospital.
