The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reception Manager with previous employment in high quality and high volume property.
Your responsibility will be:
-Effectively managing reception and reservations.
·Maximising occupancy, using approprite incentives where necessary
·Recruiting, training and motivating a committed team
·Leading by example
·Controlling costs in order to meet targets
·Making sure all health and safety, fire and security regulations are adhered to
