Senior Customer Service Representative
As the Senior Customer Service Representantive, you will be there to support the team with providing exceptional service to our clients whilst assisting the Centre Manager with the day to day smooth running of the centre. You will become an extension of our clients and support all their office needs including;
-Answering client calls
-Booking meeting rooms and catering requirements
-Ordering office supplies
-Preparing rooms prior to client meetings
-Contribute to the upkeep of the Regus centre
-Support the Centre Manager with the centre budgets
-Supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives
-Train new starters
-Ensure new clients office space is set up and ready for them to move in
-Assist with all IT & Telecoms for clients office space
-Invoicing clients and debt collections
-Resolving client issues
-Reporting on P&Ls
-Covering in the Centre Managers absence including reporting and approving holiday and sickness
-General administration to ensure the centre is running smoothly and clients are happy

Hours of work are Monday to Friday earliest start 8.00am and latest finish 6.00pm
