Requirements:
• Previous experience an essential
• Own transport preferred
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to demonstrate good hygiene skills(food handling, hand washing etc).
• Able to work as part of a team
• Understand the need to read care plans & risk assessments Basic knowledge of personal care and how to deliver it, Use hoist correctly
• Understand the rights of the individual to have their wishes respected.
• Understand how to treat the patient/ client with respect & dignity.
• Understand equal opportunities and supports the equality, diversity of the individual.
