Things you should know:

Covered by AppleCare (Apple products carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase)

There is a FAINT scratch on the screen which isn't visible when the screen is on and doesn't affect the touch features. The metallic back has the regular wear seen through normal use on all iPods

Comes with everything pictured: box, documents, horizontal stand, dock adapter and USB 2.0 cable.
