We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional make an impact and lead a new team dedicated to promoting our clients ‘state of the art’ fitness & leisure facility within their recently opened modern hotel. The Club comprises a 20m swimming pool, 3 studios and a Gym with unrivalled equipment boasting Kinesis stations, a first in the UK, a dedicated Personal Training Zone and offering metabolic profile assessments.

The right candidate will be a passionate professional within the Fitness Club Sector and have a proven track record of motivational training and inspiring sales techniques, thus encouraging team members to source and convert leads into memberships and maximize all sales potential. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring bonus related targets, encouraging a vibrant team spirit and ensuring the highest standards of professional representation are met at all times. You will be proactive in seeking potential Sales Roadshow outlets and marketing/networking events to promote Club Membership and packages to corporate clients, and liaise with other hotel departments to design and deliver your clients’ solutions. The role offers a good package with structured target related bonus and the career prospects of joining a modern, innovative and expanding hospitality company.
