With a turnover of over £500Million and employing nearly 30,000 people you will be part of one of the countries leading organisations providing a range of engineering design, installation and maintenance services to the construction industry.


The Role
As the Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of a major multi-million pound PFI schools & colleges design and build project.
With this range of work the company is looking for a commercially astute project manager with experience to run these projects. With involvement from tender stage through design, programme to final account stage. The company promotes from within so there are excellent prospects for progression and an excellent group of engineers to structure jobs.

The Person
You will be a technically qualified and experienced Project Manager with a strong Mechanical Building Services background, capable of managing projects from £4M plus. Experience of new build, refurb and/or fit out is essential. You must have BSF and PFI experience, with an excellent understanding of government frameworks.
The role requires a technically, motivated and open minded person with experience in services from a mechanical background, though M&E knowledge is a bonus.
