The Company
Office team is currently recruiting for a temporary senior administration on behalf of a public sector client based in the north of Birmingham.
The Role
The senior administrator is required to assist a busy project with the general administration duties. You will be required to work as part of a team in a busy environment and will need to have excellent reception skills, pleasant telephone manner and a high degree of accuracy.
The senior administrator will be responsible for setting up meetings, minute taking, emailing and distributing minutes to all concerned. Other duties will to assist in collating and analysing data within the department services and to forward it on to all appropriate departments.
An excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and access is required.
Previous experience working in a secretarial / senior administration role is required.
Salary & Benefits
The senior administrator's role will pay £8.00 per hour
Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5 pm ( an earlier start may be required on occasions.)
Temporary assignment 6 months plus
