OfficeTeam is recruiting for a Temporary Administration Support role on behalf of a Public Sector client in Birmingham City Centre
The Role
The Administration Support role is to assist an administration department. You will be required to create files and maintain records while assisting in general administrative duties.
You may also assist in answering the telephone and carrying out data entry onto the in house system.
You will need to contact staff via email to confirm/change room bookings.Setting up the rooms with equipment is required and meeting and greeting visitors is needed.
You must have previous clerical experience and the ability to work with members of the public. Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus.
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
£6.50 an hour
Immediate temporary assignment ongoing for six months plus
Hours vary from 8am - 4.30pm & 9am 5.30pm; Monday to Friday
