Fitness First, the leading health club in the UK, wants to help you set up your own personal training business! Fitness First in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield, has a well-off member base of just under 2500 people and is the perfect place to grow your business and to not just succeed but to thrive in the ever-growing fitness industry. Our existing trainers (all of whom are entitled to set their own price) currently make anything between £30 and £75 per hour-long session.

Upon joining Fitness First you have two choices - You can begin on a part-time basis as a fitness instructor while growing your business, or, if you are a more established trainer, you can start straight away as a full-time personal trainer. In both cases any rent paid to the gym will be very gradually increased to give your business time to flourish and your client base a chance to grow. The fitness instructor role aids your growth via the designing of regular programmes for new members and naturally gets you known in the gym through constant member contact in the form of group inductions, gym challenges and so on.

Throughout your time here you will be given constant support via the provision of potential new leads from the Health and Fitness Manager, personal development courses paid for by the company and official uniform as well as profile boards to advertise your services in the gym. We also have a testimonial board to allow you more freedom to draw people to you.
