You will be working on a busy reception desk and your duties will include:-
Switchboard operation, meeting all visitors, booking of client appointments, recording and tracking learner registers, booking travel arrangements, internal and external mail, general administration duties. A good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications is essential along with an excellent organisation and communication skills.
