Job Title: Team Leader - Recruitment
Area: West Midlands
Based: Birmingham
Basic: £25-27K
OTE: Realistic £65k year 1 – Fantastic commission

Recruitment Team Leader/ Sales Manager - Recruitment/Managing Consultant Do you want to manage a high performance, established sales team? Would you like to have equity within a year? The Role
•You will manage, drive and inspire an established team to hit and exceed revenue targets
•In Year One you will lead by example, enjoy being hands on and be driven to smash your own revenue targets – to create a Performance Culture
•Longer term you will become more operational and strategic
•You will be striving to step up to Director level and receive equity in one of the UK's most entrepreneurial companies

Ideal Candidate
•A proven track record in recruitment is vital
•Sector experience is flexible, more important is a history of consistent billing
•Managing Consultant or Team Leader experience is preferred but not a must
•Key attributes are leadership ability, self-motivation, desire to excel and commercial acumen
