3 bed council house with drive on Waterloo Avenue, Fordbridge, just off Forth Drive postcode B37 6QG - all decent homes work done. House is all decorated - nothing to be done - except for the back garden which is very big and we haven't got round to doing that yet! I have up and downstairs loos, i have a large kitchen which leads out to the garden. All the houses on the row are bought, next door neighbours are middle-aged. There are no houses directly in front of house. I am looking for a house around Circus Avenue/yorkminster drive area of Chelmsley Wood or on the 90 bus route.
