If you are looking for a cheap, newly refurbish, safe place to rent, then as cheesy as it sound, well look no further. The house is near enough from the City Centre but far enough so you are not hit with ridiculous city centre surcharges. It takes approximately 15-20mins to walk to town, which is about 4 bus stop away, which makes Taxi rides back home after a night out in the city no more than a fiver. It's about 5mins walk from the Jewellery Quarter. Furthermore, there is a mini shopping centre down the road for all those essentials and a regular bus service.

The house has a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet and also an extra separate toilet room. Everything you would find in a kitchen is provided,cups/fridge/kettle/washing machine/ toaster etc… so you can just move in without bothering going to buy those pots and pans.
