The Company
Office Team is recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist on behalf of a Public Sector client based in the north of Birmingham.
The Role
The Receptionist role is to assist a busy Medical centre meeting and greeting patients and booking appointments.
You will be required to create files and maintain medical records while assisting in general administrative duties.
The receptionist will also be required in answering the telephone and carrying out data entry onto the in house system. Candidates must have previous clerical experience and the ability to work with members of the public.
Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus.
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
The Receptionist role is paying £6.00 an hour
Immediate temporary assignment
Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
