Our busy call centre is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with flair, attention to detail and the ability to provide an excellent customer service.


We are searching for a Telesales Agent who has an indisputable passion to make serious amounts of money!

It is imperative that your communication and technical work standards are high and that you enjoy working on your own and also as part of a team.


You should possess the ability to make your clientele feel very important and happy and have a great sense of humour.


Requirements for this role are that you must be self motivated and have the ability to motivate others, be capable with inbound and outbound calls, up sell and cross sell on all our company products and services to achieve daily targets and of course be confident in promoting yourself and our brand.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
This position is located in the centre of Birmingham.

Working hours operate on a shift based system, Monday to Sunday 8.30am – 9.00 pm (37.5 hours per week).
