Chef de partie required for a 3* hotel in Birmingham to join the brigade of their popular restaurant.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous experience in a similar role or within quality restaurants. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety and will also be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.

Salary is competent depending on experience.
