The area is very nice, and quiet. Their is a large communial garden, which is mowed every 2 weeks. Their are mixed families in the area from young families to elderly people.

The block has three floors, and the communial landings are very clean. The main entrace is very secure.

I am looking for a 2-3 bedroomed house in the same area or surrounding. But may concider Chelmsley Wood, Marston Green & Castle Bromwich.
