Gadget review writer for new website
Hi. I am looking for a review writer / web content writer to help me publish fresh content on my new website, www.solastyears.com Please take a look so you can see what it’s about.
At present it is in fairly early stages, although I have built up some good affiliate relationships and web-linking. The content so far I have compiled by scouring the web and finding genuine and reliable reviews of interesting products upon which I base each review. The format is pretty simple: how much did the product cost when it came out? How much does it cost now? How much does the new model cost? And then a paragraph or two on why this product is so worth it, plus a photo of the actual product (sourced from the web but not breaking any copyrights).
I am looking for someone who can write the product reviews in the above format in a flowing and compelling way (it won't be difficult to be better than me at that!) that will both entertain and inform the reader. The cost prices must be factually correct at the time of writing, as these can be easily checked up. In return I am offering a payment of £10 for every 10 acceptable reviews. From my experience it takes about an hour to write 10 reviews, hence in effect this is a £10/hour payment but of course you can fit it around whatever else you do, plus you can sit at home to earn it. If you would like to de-risk the commission process, then I can pay £5 upfront and £5 on delivery. Please note that I hold all rights to refuse payment per review that is sub-standard or inaccurate.
So, if you are interested, I propose you drop me a line to let me know, giving a bit of detail on why you think you'll be a good partner for this, plus any relevant skills you can lend to the site. Also, please write up 1 review of a product of your choice that fits within the general theme of the website. If I feel that your skills and review are a particularly good fit with what I'm after, then we can take it from there.
PS: In an ideal world, if the successful person(s) writes particularly well and shows some keen insight on future directions for this site or another, then I’d more than welcome a business partnership in taking forward new and fresh ideas or even sharing the pie on this one. I’ve got one friend making a mint on his website and I must admit, I’m a wee bit jealous!
