Temporary Accounts Administrator Wednesbury
About the role:
We are currently seeking to recruit a Temporary Accounts Administrator / Invoice Clerk / Credit Controller to work within one of our busy accident repair centres. The successful candidate will arrange payments for goods and services and to receive payment from customers holding credit accounts and bank all monies to ensure a positive cash flow situation and the opportunity to realise profit through interest received. The Accounts Administrator will raise all sales invoices, check details of supplier invoices and maintain petty cash and be able to accurately report all transactions. The successful applicant will control the ageing of the Sales Ledger and progress recovery of debts.
About you:
As this position involves working with finance information, strong numerical skills are essential. You will be confident in your ability to plan and prioritise tasks to ensure that they are completed both on time and to a high standard. You will be IT literate with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
