Office Team are recruiting for a CRB checked Out of Hours Receptionist to work for a Public Sector client in West Bromwich
The Role
**** A Criminal Records Bureau Check is required to apply for this role ****
The receptionist is required to work with flexibility for an extremely busy short staffed reception area.
The role requires highly personable receptionist is required to assit and busy reception desk with meeting and greeting clients, entering names into an in house system to log them as visitors to the site. Answering calls is needed to assit with queries and questions over the phone so an effective and efficient telephone manner is needed.
Attention to detail is essential when dealing with clients details as they are highly confidential and so discretion is also needed.
General administration is included such as filing, faxing and photocopying and so a degree of flexibility is needed to full fill the role.
Salary & Benefits
£6.50 an hour
Monday to Friday and possible weekends Temporary ongoing assignment
