Cssd Team Leader
CSSD Manager urgently required by Mediplacements to join a large NHS hospital in the West Midlands for a minimum of 6 months.
Starting ASAP with an excellent hourly pay rate, the responsibilities of the CSSD Team Leader will include:
- Managing the Sterile Services Department and providing specialist information and advice
- Providing a quality service of sterilised products produced in-house or purchased for wards, operating theatres, out-patient clinics, A & E departments, radiology departments and nursing and midwifery services
- Managing the decontamination standards for processing medical devices
- Liaising with all levels of Management, Clinicians and Department Leaders.
With at least 1 year's CSSD experience, you will have excellent knowledge of surgical instruments and the ability to manage training for other staff members.
