This is a nice safe area close to two parks, a gym, two swimming pools and a golf course, and the local high street is nearby for food shopping. I have double rooms at £230 per month and a small single room at £120 per month, bills are around £60 per month at the moment. You would be sharing the sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave, there is a bathroom with loo and basin and also a shower room with loo and washbasin.
