I've got a nice, sunny, furnished double room available in a modern house in Longbridge, with fully fitted kitchen, incl. dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is Sky HD multiroom and hi-speed wireless broadband. It’s only a 3minute walk from the train station and 20min into the city centre. It's also close to the M5 and M40 motorways.

We are two early thirties professionals in this house share, of which one is spending most of the week in London and won’t be here very often. We both enjoy food, wine, movies, music and the occasional quiet night.

There is also a furry housemate, a cat called Guinness, he is not overly friendly but if you don’t like animals this won’t work for you.
