My Property is in the Kingstanding area. It is a lovely 3 bedroom council house and is situated in a grove where there are parking facilities. The area is quiet and is near One stop shopping centre. There are shops locally as well as restuarants.

My property has one lounge downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size and the bathroom is downstairs. The garden is a nice size. The house has central heating as well as a gas fire and is also fitted with new double glazing.

Two of the rooms upstairs are big whilst the third is a decent size. Neighbours are friendly and there is a local school nearby. I have not decorated the house much as i had no intention of staying here. The carpet is brand new and is in immaculate condition and the house is painted white and cream throughout. The rent is £74.14 a week.

I love this house and the area however i have no family in the area. My mum lives in balsall heath and i would like to move near her so that i can look after her as she is not well. My son also attends school near to my mums house so that is another factor for my move.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom property council or housing association in Balsall Heath, Sparkhill, Sparkbrook, Moseley, Highgate, Kingsheath, Billesley, Greet, Small Heath, Bordesley Green, Hall Green, Tyseley, Alum Rock or surrounding areas.
