Interim Director of Faculty Administration
New public sector interim / temporary job.
The Director of Faculty Administration is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and development of the Faculty's administrative services in accordance with University requirements, and the management and co-ordination of the staff who deliver those services. Managing a multi sited team of 30 staff, you will need strong people management skills, the ability influence people and be results driven.
Your team will also be responsible for producing a number of data reports - including reports that are utilised externally. Therefore, you will also need a good understanding of MI suites.
This is an interim assignment - initially until the end of December 2009.
Education experience is desirable - but not essential. Candidates must have a proven track record in staff management.
This is an immediate start - therefore candidates should be either immediately available or on a short notice period.
