An excellent freelance opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical or Electrical Estates Manager to join a very busy team managing the M&E, building and contractor craft persons in the performance of installation, maintenance & repair works.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the M&E, building, contractors in a efficient and cost effective manner

- Ensure the planned maintenance work and reactive work is delivered in accordance with the contract requirements

- to help in the development, implementation and audit of all operational policies

Qualifications and Requirements

- formal qualifications in Mechanical or electrical engineering, NHS or healthcare engineering experience either direct or VIa a contractor. This is a definite requirement.

- Good knowledge of building services and M&E maintenance

- Must be mature, highly presentable at all times, assertive and able to gain the confidence of the client.
