Previous office experience in a similar role is essential. Duties will include undertake file retrieval from the archiving system, collect and administer files in to the archiving system, dealing with stationary orders, manage holiday records, assist the post room with incoming and outgoing post, assist the facilities manager with any other related duties. 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Salary: £16000 per annum.
