Apprenticeship Customer Service Telesales Assitant
***THIS IS AN APPRENTICESHIP***
The candidate will be working in a local lettings agent based on Coleshill Road and will need to be flexible, professional and keen to learn. Experience not required as full training will be provided. Computer literacy will be an advantage as will be using computer systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The candidate’s duties will include meeting and greeting customers, answering telephone, taking messages, making appointments and selling and promoting properties and other general administration tasks as required. The candidate will gain an NVQ Level 2 in Business.
The candidate must be confident, outgoing, willingness to work as part of a team. Adaptable and flexible. A drive to succeed and good customer service skills both via the telephone and face to face. If you can drive that would be a major advantage.
