Assistant Team Manager - Children's Services - Northampton

Are you a Assistant Team Manager/Qualified Social Worker looking for a job in a busy and highly regarding social work team? If so then read on. Hays Social Care has a job for a Qualified Social Worker to undertake a Assistant Team Manager job in the Northampton area within Children's Services.

This Assistant Team Manager Job in the Northampton is a long term temporary vacancy for a minimum period of three months. You will take responsibility for the day to day operational management for the team, ensuring that vulnerable children and families receive responsive services that promote their welfare.

You must hold a recognised social work qualification and demonstrable post qualified experience and ideally have completed post qualification training such as PQSW level 1.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of child protection and court work with previous management experience and the ability to make sound, key management decisions.
