Outbound Team Leader
My client is looking for a Team leader for there expanding contact centre.
The ideal candidate will have a sales background and ideally have run an outbound sales team and can demonstrate on there CV.
The client is based in South Birmingham but as they expand they are looking to relocate to the City centre
The first year OTE should be over £30,000 for the right candidate and comes with a competitive basic salary and the chance to drive a growing business
My client are looking for a candidate who can and has
- Previous experience in managing a team of 8-12 agents
- Proven track record in an outbound sales environment
- Motivate and develop agent performance
- To be able to use Data to drive performance
- Be able to manage under performance
