Caremark Redditch and Bromsgrove, is dedicated to providing the very best home care service to clients within the Redditch, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas and are looking for Two part time Field Care Supervisors to join their expanding team.

As a Caremark Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for looking after a group of Clients and Care Workers, within the local community. This will include carrying out risk assessments, monitoring and reviewing care plans, supervising Care Workers and ensuring all clients care visits are allocated and running to the high standards expected by Caremark.

This is a Part Time (Salaried) role of 20 hours per week.

Requirements:
You will have previous experience in providing care within a Home care or Care Home environment.
Trained in NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care, or be working towards.
Be willing to work flexible hours and run an out of hour’s emergency on call service.
Have strong communication and leadership skills and be able to lead by example.
You will be travelling to client’s homes and will therefore be required to have a full driving licence and your own transport.
