Are you an experienced and enthusiastic fundraiser seeking to broaden your horizons? Do you want to make a real difference to the natural environment? We need you to help develop the RSPB’s exciting work through a range of projects in the Midlands. You will lead a small, friendly and supportive team to grow the region's income from sources including the Lottery, Landfill Communities Scheme, charitable trusts and corporate supporters. You will be an experienced and motivational team leader with a proven track record in fundraising. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels and you will be confident in managing a number of projects simultaneously.
