An office junior job based in Redditch, this client requires an individual with experience of providing varied administrative support. Duties will include:
- Dealing with telephone calls, email and post
- Ensuring various in-house systems are kept up-to-date at all times
- Ordering stationery
- Contacting customers to update records
- Matching invoices on system
- General administration - typing, filing and faxing
- Meeting and greeting visitors
