The Role: Leisure Club Manager
The ideal Leisure Manager must have experience in either a 4 or 5 star leisure / spa conference or hotel environment in clubs of 500 or more.
The successful Leisure Manager must ensure that the highest standards of customer service and care are met.
This position is a fantastic opportunity for any Leisure Manager to work within this property and progress to the highest level .
The successful Leisure Manager should ideally be trained in the sport science, fitness and leisure industry and have qualifications to a high standard.
The ideal Leisure Manager will be providing an example to the team that they have to manage so previous experience at this level is imperative.
The ideal Leisure Manager will be responsible for bringing new innovative ideas to the gym and spa areas to increase revenue and productivity, as well as creating a unique experience for every customer.
The successful Leisure Manager must have excellent managerial skills and have experience at this level.
You must have strong leadership skills to train and support your team and set high standards for this property.
