A Level Three Qualified Teaching Assistant, part time job opportunity has arisen in a Mainstream primary School in Erdington, Birmingham.
This school is situated in Erdington, Birmingham; with an excellent reputation that is supported by good SAT results and Ofsted inspections. The school is looking for a Level Three Qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Year 5 within a classroom environment.
We require a Level Three Qualified Teaching Assistant that has commitment and motivation to work pro-actively with other teaching assistants to support the students.
The school requires their Teaching Assistant to:
- Manage the behaviour of pupils
- Respond and elaborate questions for pupils
- Assisting pupils to undertake activities
- Supporting students to achieve their full potential
- Assisting students with low self-esteem, self-confidence and motivation
- Giving guidance to teaching assistants in supporting students
We require a Qualified Teaching Assistant to have experience of working with pupils with SEN in Year 5 in a learning environment, and MUST have a CRB.
