hi my name is michelle, i am a single mum of one and i work full time as a retail manager. I am looking for a 2/3 bedroom house with nice garden for my daughter to play in, unfurmished as i have my own but would love a fitted kichen as have no white goods of my own, Am wanting to live in the erdington/ sutton coldfield area as my daughter will be starting school next year, i am looking for a long term let as i want my daughter to go through her school years in one place. I am looking at 600 pcm rent and can get very good ref off my current landlord who i have been with for 3 years, (shame that i have to move but have a flat and really want a garden, plus 650 pcm is a bit steep) Sound like the ideal tennent! There is just one catch, i am with the councils home letting team and they will be putting up my bond, i will be paying the rent upfront myself and there after its just the bond they help with, details of how it works and how to get info on this are online, but i can give you a number so can call to find out how it works.
