£18,000 + Fantastic Commission Structure (OTE £35,000+)

My client has a number of exciting vacancies for ambitious and tenacious trainee’s who are looking to start their recruitment careers. With award winning training and a leading market presence they are one of the top performing recruitment consultancy in Birmingham. My client has seen unprecedented growth year on year and can see no sign of it stopping. To cope with the demand they urgently need to add to their teams to maximise all opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have the hunger and drive to succeed and be motivated by money and career progression. A natural flare for sales and a competitive nature are essential for recruitment. If you want to earn lots of money quickly and progress to a running and managing a team within 3 years then I would like to hear from you. Sales experience will be a great advantage however it is not essential.
