The role:

This role involves installation and support, both remotely and on client sites. Based at the company Head Quarters in Malvern, you will also be travelling to destinations within the UK and overseas to visit clients. You will be supporting a number of clients as part of a friendly and talented team, responding to queries and issues via telephone and email quickly and efficiently, providing a valuable service to our clients.

The person:

We are looking for a team orientated IT professional, ideally with experience of converged systems. To be considered for this position you must have ACSE experience or similar with significant previous experience within a similar role. You will be self-motivated, client focussed with commitment to service excellence.
