Eclypse Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Registered Home Manager within the West Midlands.

We are searching for a strong Home Manager who is a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) to manage an elderly nursing home in Kingswinford, West Midlands. The chosen candidate will have a proven track record of home management and will have an excellent knowledge of CQC and what is required to exceed minimum care standards. Candidates must have previously been registered with CQC and have experience working with elderly service users with general nursing needs and dementia.

You will be responsible for the smooth operational running of the home along with motivating a nursing team to achieve given tasks. We are looking for someone who can manage a team in a positive and approachable manner and ensure that staffing levels and staff training is supported.

This beautiful elderly nursing home in the West Midlands requires a motivated and committed home manager to move forward with the home. In return, you will receive a fantastic salary of £40k along with additional benefits including a lucrative performance related bonus scheme.
