Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an extremely powerful communication model. Increasingly recognised for it's ability to facilitate rapid empowering and enduring change, it builds upon the latest and most useful aspects of modern psychology, and so can be helpful in virtually every aspect of understanding, communicating, and achieving. It enables us to understand the process of how we understand the world, ourselves and others. Learning how to “manage our own mental processing”, enables us to accelerate our capacity for personal achievement.

Realising your ability to see things from the other person’s point of view leads to improved communications, better understanding and enhanced results. This contributes to what we call rapport, thereby enabling trust, and mutually constructive social and business relationships.

You will find the training to be entertaining, constructively challenging, good fun, and extraordinarily engaging. There will be some exhilarating moments, insights, and personal change. Specifically, you will grasp an insight into:

* The fundamental building blocks of NLP. Known as the four pillars.
* How we communicate with ourselves, and others
* Recognising and understanding the virtual world we create
* How to attain a more resourceful state
* How to motivate yourself and others
* Influencing others through their preferred representational systems
* How developing congruent communication greatly influences others
* How to access another persons point of view

* The Basic Assumptions of the NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming Model

* How language interacts with behavior

* Representational Systems (VAK)

* How to Interpret Eye Accessing Cues

* How to Build and Maintain Rapport

* Anchoring a resourceful "State"

* Real Life Applications of NLP

About Richard Pearce:
Richard has 16 years of professional experience within the field of personal development. He has studied an extensive range of communicational skills including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); Brief Solution Focused Therapy; Coaching and is a CIPD accredited trainer. He has considerable experience working with local Government, statutory bodies, private companies and the voluntary sector. He has a particular interest in enabling people to achieve more than they previously had, or thought they could. His enthusiasm for knowledge of "what works" and the analysis of the "difference that make the difference" in human/organisational performance, is matched by his eclectic skill base and ongoing commitment to develop others.
