Reception Manager
Our prestigious and well recognised hotel client is seeking a Reception Manager.
The role of the Reception Manager is to ensure the Reception Team are managed, directed and motivated at all times to maintain the highest levels of customer care.
You will oversee the day to day operation of the Reception Desk and Switchboard, liaising closely with all Heads of Departments.
You will manage the effective logging of Guest History and act on feedback.
You will be responsible for the training and development of your team.
Skills/Experience
IT Skills (Word / Excel) Fidelio Opera Reservation and Rooms Management System (training can be given)
Telephone Switch Board, Point of Sales System
NVQ Supervisor Level or equivalent, desirable: Welcome All
One to one training skills and good communication skills, good attendance management
Excellent Customer Care Skills
2nd Language an advantage
You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 and position is to start as soon as.
