Proven experience in a similar role and computer literacy with knowledge of windows and microsoft office is essential. Excellent numeracy skills, good typing speed and accuracy, an excellent telephone manner and a flexible approach to working are also required. Duties include all aspects of general clerical work and data entry including maintaining our purchase order system, timesheet input, handling correspondence, filing and photocopying, maintaining subcontract and business management systems, answering phones and dealing with client and operative queries. 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 10am-2pm. Competitive rates of pay.
