I have a room available, within a family home with other students/professionals. The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, large TV, video and dvd. Internet is included in the price.

The house is in Yardley Wood, and is within 2 mins walk of buses, supermarket, takeaways etc. It takes about 20 mins by bus to the city. The house is very clean and modern, has all facilities, washing machine, microwave, cooker. There is a nice back garden and a large conservatory which has a dining suite, sofa and tv.

The house is occupied by myself, my daughter, my mother, our 3 small dogs and a Chinese guy. The rent is £55 per week and includes bills, bed linen (which is washed for you), your room will be polished and mopped and it includes washing up liquid, cleaning materials and toilet tissue - all of life's little essentials :)
